Timelines
Discovery Meetings
- We begin with a discovery meeting to understand you and your company, ensuring the Protégé Program aligns perfectly with your goals.
Employer Partner Intake Form Meeting
- If we align, we proceed with an intake meeting to fully understand your team needs and ideal candidate profile, then begin targeted recruitment and shortlisting.
Interview and Select
- We provide three interviews per placement opportunity at your preferred length (typically 30 or 60 minutes), after which you rank the candidates for us.
Finalize, Hire and Onboard your Protégés
- Once offers are made and both parties agree, we proceed to contracts and finalize the Protégé hire.

HIRE AN INTERN ON A SCHEDULE THAT WORKS BEST FOR YOUR TEAM
- Full-time intern→ 14 weeks (37.5 hours/ week)
- Part-time intern→ 26 weeks (20 hours/week)
